Built on Reliability.
Driven by Growth.
Sundance Disposal Solutions started as a waste consultancy and grew into a full-service waste management company with a fleet, a brokerage division, and a team that shows up — for customers and each other.
Our Story
From Consultancy to Full-Service Operation
Founded in 2012 by President and CEO Andrew Clogg, Sundance Disposal Solutions LLC has grown from a waste consultancy into a full-service waste management company with a reputation for growth, reliability, and innovation.
Sundance operates a robust fleet of residential, front-load, and roll-off trucks, complemented by a full-scale waste brokerage division. Our brokerage leverages deep industry knowledge and purchasing power to help clients navigate complex contracts, secure competitive rates, and streamline waste services across the country.
While historically focused on Texas and surrounding states, our brokerage expertise has successfully supported clients in over 20 states — making us a single point of contact for waste needs, anywhere.
We're proud to serve community partners like The Salvation Army and the Presbyterian Night Shelter, helping reduce their waste costs by 25–50% and putting those savings back to work where they matter most.

How We Operate
Our Core Values
These aren't posters on the wall. They're the standard we hold ourselves to every day — on the route, in the office, and with every customer.
Growth Oriented
Always improving.
- · Learns fast. Stays teachable. Constantly sharpens skills.
- · Looks for better ways to serve customers and improve operations.
- · Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told.
- · Embraces feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
- · Helps grow the people around them — not just themselves.
At Sundance
A driver improving route efficiency. An office employee automating a repetitive task. A team member stepping into leadership and owning more responsibility.
Problem Solving
Figure it out. Own it. Fix it.
- · Thinks ahead and anticipates issues early.
- · Speaks up when something can be improved.
- · Finds solutions instead of excuses.
- · Fixes root causes — not just symptoms.
- · Takes ownership and follows through until it's resolved.
At Sundance
Catching a service issue before the customer calls. Finding a better routing process. Creating systems and automation that reduce mistakes and improve quality.
Selfless
Put others first.
- · Helps others without being asked.
- · Does the right thing even when nobody is watching.
- · Shares credit and avoids self-promotion.
- · Protects the reputation of the team and company.
- · Leads with humility, respect, and service.
At Sundance
Helping another driver finish a route late in the day. Taking care of a customer issue that technically "isn't your job." Doing small things consistently that make the team stronger.
Dependable
Do what you said you would do.
- · Shows up consistently and does what they say they'll do.
- · Takes responsibility without needing to be babysat.
- · Follows through completely — not halfway.
- · Responds quickly and communicates clearly.
- · Exceeds expectations instead of doing the bare minimum.
At Sundance
