Login to the Member Portal

"Forgot Password" and "Quick Pay" are also options. 

Select "Manage Auto Pay"

ADD PAYMENT METHOD

 ONE MORE STEP (!)

Click "Manage Auto Pay" Button again and select the payment method from the dropdown.  Click Save
