Rate increases are a necessity to keep up with the increased costs of operations, and to ensure a healthy operating margin. We believe price increases can be done in a fair and thoughtful way.

Sundance bills monthly, and customers can cancel anytime as per the Terms and Conditions. A customer consents to the price increase by their actions, which includes the continued use of services or making payment.

What can be done?

If you notice a price increase on your bill, feel free to contact us by email, or through the online customer portal. We will review your account with you and address any questions or concerns. If switching vendors is an option - or if adjusting service will help - then we will discuss those options with you as well.
