How We Communicate Updates
We typically share service status updates through the following channels:
- Pre-recorded message when calling our office
- A banner at the top of our website
- Text message (available for residential customers)
- Email (available for all commercial and residential customers)
- Notice displayed when you log in to the customer portal
Regarding Weather-Related Service Adjustments
Sundance may adjust service during severe weather conditions. In these situations, pickups may be delayed or rescheduled to protect our drivers, equipment, and your property
